Net off-peak charging is the amount of energy (kWh) you charge during off-peak hours minus the amount you charge during peak hours.
Off-peak hours are 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. EST on weekdays and all day on weekends. All other times are considered peak hours.
Customers earn $0.02 per kWh, plus any applicable sales and use tax (SUT), for each net off-peak kWh charged.
